Navigating the real estate market is an ever-changing system. I was in the real estate market 2005 to 2009 and re-entered in in 2020. I have sold things at highs and lows. I have managed short sales and sellers markets.   One thing that hasn’t changed in real estate is the requirement in need for open and honest communication. Other brokers and other professionals like appraisers, title experts, land experts, mortgage and finance experts are a huge part of a successful transaction.  The buying and selling process has a lot of moving parts and it all needs to come together at the very end perfectly packaged.  I rely on my partners in the other real estate professional field to make that happen every time. It’s not about knowing everything it’s about knowing people that know what they’re doing. The Seattle market is pretty exciting right now particularly the east side. We have an amazing city that attracts people from other states for a lot of reasons. And we are going to continue to see that increase in desirability in the Seattle metropolitan area.
