As with anything, there are many rabbit holes to explore in real estate. I am super interested in creative ways for first time home buyers to get keys to their first house. I am also always interested in what’s happening with investment properties. I love an ADU (additional dwelling unit), and will blog away about each property’s story. The market is ALWAYS CHANGING. I am detecting a shift just in the last week. One thing is for sure and that is that property values and the business surrounding it will always be in flux. I have worked through 2008; the most shocking economic change of my lifetime. We recovered. But…we all have a story. So, the story continues.
